【Delivery days & Fees】

✦ We send via SF Express for all oversea orders. Track your package.

✦ Delivery days could be destination sensitive. For Asian countries, 7 to 11 days estimated.
For Oceania, America, and European countries, estimated to be 10 to 14 days.

✦ Delivery fees will be a payable collected from you at destination.

【Delivery notes & Tracking】

✦ Please provide recipients’ information as clear as possible, including

   FULL NAME, 

  ADDRESS (with post code),  

  PHONE NUMBER(including Country code).

✦ Incomplete information could cause delivery failure or issue on claiming.

✦ When your order had been sent, prolla will send a “Package Delivery Notice” to your email simultaneously.
Tracking code will be inside the Notice.

【Return & Refund】

✦ Return and Refund will only be available when the product is defective.
✦ No package can be withdraw after being sent.
